Janeway spoke in a hushed tone as she gazed down upon the still form of Seven of Nine, Tertiary Adjunct to Unimatrix Zero-One, who had efficiently deactivated herself after leaving a terse suicide note that made no sense whatsoever.

 

"I wish I knew why," Janeway went on.

 

Chakotay, standing beside her, had never looked more uncomfortable.  "It's not my fault, Captain.  When I told Seven I was going to give her so much pleasure in bed that I expected her to die of it, I never imagined she would take that as a literal command."
